Sport and Leisure Programme at an altitude of 2000m

Indoor Programme:

• Active Morning Exercise (7.30 daily)
• Losing weight the right way: lipometabolism training and health exercises
• Tightening muscles
• Intensive stretching
• Foot reflex massage
• Energy exercises
• Exercises for the spine
• Fitness through relaxation
• A journey through the body
• Pilates – Madonna’s v.i.p. training
• Exercises to loosen up and relax
• Discussions around the fire-place

Outdoor Programme:

• Ski Alpine: Carving, off-piste and new school intro (incl. guiding, ski test and a great time in the mountain hut!)
• Ski touring incl. Going up to the summit
• Snowshoeing
• Cross-country skiing– Nature Run
• Full moon -tour (Ski tour, snowshoeing or cross country skiing)
• Ice climbing for beginners
• Avalanche theory (theoretical intro and search)
• Constructing a bivouac
• Orientation – with a Suunto wrist computer and the presentation of the daily info on heart frequency, altitude profiles, slope angles, total sum of runs with altitude sum, speed of individual runs etc to be calculated and analysed in the evening.

Organisation through the Kühtai Hunting Lodge

Programme carried out by the personal fitness trainer team comprising sports scientists and state examined trainers.
